We were impressed by the warm welcome we received in this place and the professional approach of the reception staff. We liked the fact that the hotel is located in a great business area, offering excellent access to all the main tourist attractions and in a good location. It is also in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was well-equipped with in-room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar, making our stay very comfortable. There was also a terrace and garden furniture where we could relax outdoors.

Although the room was not overly priced, the facilities exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant and bar staff.

Great location near major attractions and amenities. Polite and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast options with a lot of variety. the room was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre, making it easy to access all the attractions and places of interest. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a really good shower. The hotel has a lovely reception area where you can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. there is scaffolding around the building, but it didn't affect our stay as we were out most of the time.

The noise in the bedrooms was quite loud at times.

Excellent staff, especially Kayleigh at reception and breakfast. Breakfast was great and the bed was super comfy. Convenient location with nearby car park. Clean rooms.

During my recent stay at Hotel Indigo in Liverpool, I was impressed by the convenient location. It was within walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to visit, as well as being close to the train stations for easy transportation. The walk-in shower in my room was a treat, providing a lovely and refreshing experience. Plus, I really appreciated that the TV was positioned perfectly on the wall, making it visible from both beds. Falling asleep while watching TV was pure relaxation. Let's not forget about the duvet - its weight was just right, making it so difficult to leave the comfortable bed in the morning.

Clean and comfortable room, with a great shower. Superior room with complimentary drinks is worth it. Quiet hotel, perfect for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money, with included evening meal and fab breakfast. Excellent location, easy to walk to all the sights and close to the dockside area.
